Facilitate pluralistic public discourse by integrating creators from diverse political and social backgrounds.
Inga and Szélsőközép are not merely production projects, they represent a cultural and intellectual movement that fosters independent and pluralistic engagement with society. Inga reimagines café culture for the 21st century as a space for creative and reflective exchange, while Szélsőközép promotes inclusive public discourse by maintaining a balanced position between ideological extremes. Both initiatives emphasize community participation, collaborative thinking, and thoughtful cultural expression.

Multifunctional volunteers
One of the most demanding aspects of the work is that stage management, front of house coordination, and operational tasks around the venue often occur simultaneously. As we work in rotating roles, team members frequently take on diverse responsibilities, ranging from practical tasks such as transporting materials to preparing the stage and audience space.
Volunteering video editors
It’s fascinating to feel that people willing to give their time, professional knowledge and technical resources to contribute in cultural production and projects for the community.
In two weeks, more than a 100 volunteers showed up to help us out when we asked for help in production.

Live editors and stage managers
Even when someone is not directly responsible for a specific task, it is essential to understand how to support the person in charge, or at minimum to respect their work by not hindering it.
The team remains a team even when not everyone is present, which requires each person to consider others in how they work and make decisions.

Promo production, event, broadcast
A dedicated workflow within production focuses on creating promotional video content alongside programme recordings. These shoots require additional time and energy from hosts, camera operators, and the wider team, yet they play an important role in audience engagement and revenue generation.
