The variety of tasks in my different roles has enabled me to see the design and production process as a complex communication-based platform with partners, clients and creatives. My practical experience making me focus on sustainability, the corporate, organisational and mentoring projects has broadened my scope to apply all the above to a team of stakeholders and partners. Finding out in 2021 that all I did was designcommunication is a relief, and clear path in front of me, so as a researcher and a designer I continue to grow professionally, based on my international empirical studies and experiences in the US, I follow value-based and ethical leadership approaches that creates a more equitable and diverse ensemble that works in flow and desires a better society.

Mentoring

My approach of teaching is providing an experience-based learning, moving from the abstract to the concrete in a creatively facilitated framework. I’m helding courses on designcommunication, visual communication, design thinking, 3D and 2D design in practice at Károli Gáspár University Budapest. My focus is how to involve non-designers to cooperate with and by design and being able to communicate via the creating process itself. I made and held related design thinking and creative content creation trainings at Vodafone Intelligent Solutions‘ marketing team, and collaborated an open offsite training on problem-solving thinking and design approaches through creative management and dynamic team identity with Corvinus University of Budapest.

Research

Within my PhD studies at Corvinus University of Budapest I’m doing qualitative and quantitative research on how the artists and art spaces managing their art and audience and how digitalization in the financing and creating segments influencing the managemental processes. My main focus is figuring out and managing resistance to change and social inertia and connectionmaking in art management. Thanks to a grant from Julius Rezler foundation, I spent half a year in the USA expanding my research in the Indiana University, Bloomington. Thanks to that, I was able to make a comparative research on the topic, showing the similar touchpoints of challenges, possibilities and rewards of professional self-awareness and facilitated designcommunication amongst artists, managers and audience.

I’m also doing research projects for agencies and firms with external teams or as a freelancer. One of the most exciting one was trend research for Dreamchip Technologies Gmbh – with a team of 6 professionals organised by Pi-School’s “The house of creative enterpreneurship’s AI program”.
